Alert configurations have been moved to [AlertOnMetrics] (https://gitlab-app.eng.qops.net/engvis/AlertOnMetricsConfigs).

This will allow more flexibility to the project. Merge requests will be automatically validated, merged and deployed if it passes the validation stage.
