Split SessionRequestHandler::HandleSyncRequest into HandleSyncRequest, TranslateRequest and HandleSyncRequestImpl.
HandleSyncRequest now takes care of calling the command buffer translate function before actually invoking the command handler for HLE services.merge-requests/60/head
